LULAC District Director Beatrice Martinez discusses the alleged mistreatment and bullying at the Ebby Halliday Elementary School in Dallas ISD with Andres, Turo, and John Anthony. Ebby Halliday is located in the Pleasent Grove area of Dallas, TX. Parent have come forward and alleged that teachers are pinching, bullying, and hurling racial slurs at students. The clip is 14 minutes and 11 seconds long and it gets a little heated towards the end.
